Taxes & Surcharges
All orders sold for use or delivered within the State of Hawaii will be assessed 4.166% General Excise Tax [GET] on gross amount due. Furthermore, all orders sold for use or delivered within the City & County of Honolulu (Island of Oahu) will be assessed the .546% Mass Transit Surcharge [MTS]. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

1. Rental Items
2. Sales Items
3. Labor Charges (if applicable)

Oahu Delivery Charges
Delivery is $50.00, and Rental Pickups are charged an additional $50.00. Additional charges may apply for special event barriers, or items requiring special handeling. Delivery means dropping entire order at one location, and excludes "setting up" fees.
Pickup means all rented items are stacked in one accessible location.
No charge for next day or 2nd day delivery of most sales items. Call our Customer Care staff for further information.

Rental Conditions

1. It is the Lessee's responsibility and obligation to place rental equipment at the appropriate locations and in the proper configuration. Should Lessor, as an accommodation, aid in placing the equipment, it is understood that Lessee shall direct and be responsible for the exact locations and the configuration thereof. Lessee further acknowledges that upon receipt of the rental equipment, the control thereof has passed from Lessor and is exclusively in Lessee. Any rental equipment on islands other than Oahu become the responsibility of the Lessee upon delivery to a designated location on Oahu, and shall be returned to Oahu for pickup by One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies, Inc. within ten (10) days of notification that the rental equipment is no longer in use. There is an additional rental rate for servicing equipment on islands other than Oahu.
2. Should any rental equipment be relocated or moved to another location, Lessee shall notify Lessor. It is Lessee's responsibility to notify Lessor as soon as rental equipment is to be returned. Rental charges will terminate on date of notification.
3. Within a reasonable time after being notified by Lessee, Lessor will repair or replace any defective or non-functional rental equipment.
4. Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for the cost of repairing or replacing any rental equipment which is lost, damaged or stolen while in the possession of the Lessee.
5. Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any liability, Lessee cost, expense or damage suffered by Lessee which was caused or alleged to have been caused by any defect in or inadequacy of the rental equipment.
6. Lessee agrees to idemnify and hold harmless Lessor from all liability, loss, cost, expenxe and attorney fees which Lessor might incur as a result or an alleged result of the use by Lessor of the rental equipment.
7. Lessor makes no warranties, directly or indirectly, express or implied, with respect to the rental equipment, or any part thereof, as to its durability, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Should Lessor employ an attorney to enforce any provision hereof, Lessee shall be liable for Lessor's reasonable attorney's fees in addition to the rental charges any interest due thereon.

Warranty Disclaimer

Seller does not have specific information concerning how the products sold or rented within this website will be used and does not know the details concerning the packaging, handling or procedures which may be employed in association with any particular product sold. Notwithstanding any suggestions or recommendations which Seller or any other manufacturer of products advertised herein may have offered, Buyer affirms that no warranties have been made by Seller concerning the proper usage of any product sold herein or the fitness of any product for the particular purpose employed by Buyer. Buyer acknowledges that is as not relied upon Seller's skill or jedgement in selecting goods suitable for the particular use which Buyer intents to put same. Seller hereby gives notice and Buyer agrees that any statement made by Seller in the sale or advertising of the products shall not create any warranty that the product is fit for a particular purpose. All such statements or descriptions are informational only and are not given as a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each product sold herein for the particular use or uses to which they may be applied. Any misstatements, errors or omissions made by Seller in the advertising of the product(sw) shall not create any licability for Seller. It is to Buyer's sole responsiblity to determine the accuracy of all advertising statements. Seller does not assume responsibilty for compliance with any Federal, State or Local laws, rules, ordinaces of regulations.

SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM FOR INDICENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION TO THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, RENTAL OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT DESCRIBED WITHIN THIS WEBSITE. SELLER'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR ANY PRODUCT.
