From first visit through to order delivery, we at One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if an incorrect item was shipped, or has been damaged, it may be necessary to return the item to us.

Authorization must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. To obtain an authorization, phone our order entry department in Honolulu at 808-841-7683, Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm Hawaii Standard Time (-10 GMT). Please have a copy of your receipt available as we will ask for specific information from it. If we authorize a return, you will be given a pickup tag number.

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of authorization and no more than 30 days after original purchase.

If we correctly shipped the item that you ordered, return shipping charges are your responsibility. One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid return authoriztion to the customer.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products we sell without packaging must be in clean, marketable condition. Any shipment that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will incur a deduction of the amount credited.

Return Procedure

1. Obtain a return authorization Pickup Tag Number within 30 days of the original ship date by calling 1-808-841-7683.
2. Please have the following information: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, company, account number, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.

6. If it is convenient, you may also return the item to our store on Oahu at 815 Waiakamilo Road.
7. Return the merchandise within 15 days of authorization. PACKAGES WITHOUT AUTORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Credits

Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.

Replacement Merchandise

In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. We must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.
